We have incorporated several safety sensors and precautions that monitor both temperature, barometric pressure, energy and active oxygen levels so that it is safe to operate for the user.
Can I rent a RefresherBoxx?
The RefresherBoxx Healthcare version is offered to B2B customers at a one-time cost factor of €795 and up.
The B2B variant of the professional version is only offered for an annual lease with a monthly rental price of €150-600.
Healthcare homecare is expected to be offered from the end of 2022 at a cost factor of €500 and up.

Can the RefresherBoxx remove stains?
At the moment we do not treat stains. We are already working on implementing stain removal in an environmentally friendly way. The RefresherBoxx was developed in particular for textiles that cannot be put in the washing machine, such as materials made of leather, velvet, silk and cashmere. But common textiles such as wool and polyester can also be treated in the RefresherBoxx
Do I need to buy refill materials?
The RefresherBoxx only needs a power connection to disinfect, dry and refresh. We offer two optional add-on features: smoothing and fragrance pods. A small amount of water is required for smoothing. Fragrance capsules are optional to purchase. After treatment in the RefresherBoxx, your textile smells neutral. Depending on what you want and the time of year, you can decide what your clothes should smell like, for example cinnamon and sugar for Christmas or rose or lavender for a date. There are numerous fragrance options for you to choose from.
Does RefresherBoxx dry herbs?
The RefresherBoxx can be set in a temperature range from -30°C to 110°C.
When will the RefresherBoxx be available?

In Germany, 420 million m³ of water and 131 million m³ of detergent are used every year for cleaning textiles in private households alone. The amount of water is equivalent to filling 100,000 Olympic swimming pools. Viewed worldwide, the water consumption for textile care is 16 trillion cubic meters and thus 6.4 million Olympic pools.
