A: We have integrated multiple safety sensors and precautions, monitoring temperature, barometric pressure, energy levels, and active oxygen levels to ensure the safe operation of our product for users.

Q: Can I use RefresherBoxx to clean my baby?

A: We expressly DO NOT recommend treating your babies or children in the RefresherBoxx!

Q: Can I use RefresherBoxx to clean my pets?

A: We strongly recommend NOT treating your pets in the RefresherBoxx!

Q: Can the RefresherBoxx remove stains?

A:We do not currently address stain removal.We are already working on implementing stain removal in an environmentally friendly way.The RefresherBoxx was specifically designed for treating textiles that cannot be laundered, such as those made of leather, velvet, silk, and cashmere. Nevertheless, common textiles like wool and polyester can also be treated in the RefresherBoxx.

Q: Do I have to buy refills?

A: The RefresherBoxx only requires a power connection to disinfect, dry and refresh.We offer two optional additional features: smoothing and scent capsules.A small amount of water is required for smoothing.Fragrance capsules can be purchased optionally.After a treatment in the RefresherBoxx, your textile will smell neutral.Depending on your preferences and the season, you can decide how your clothes should smell — for example, cinnamon and sugar for Christmas or rose or lavender for a date.

A: In Germany, 420 million m³ of water and 131 million m³ of detergent are used annually for textile cleaning in private households alone.The amount of water is equivalent to filling 100,000 Olympic swimming pools.Worldwide, the water consumption for textile care is 16 trillion cubic meters, equivalent to 6.4 million Olympic pools.

The RefresherBoxx operates without the use of water or chemicals, thereby reducing the consumption of resources and addressing various other issues:

• Microplastics in the world's oceans, partly caused by abrasion from clothing (30 million tons of plastic enter the oceans every year)

• Consumption of detergents and the associated production and storage

• Treatment of dirty water for reuse, involving both chemical and biological processes

Q: What do my clothes smell like after the treatment?

A: After a treatment in the RefresherBoxx, your textile will smell neutral.Depending on your preferences and the season, you can decide how your clothes should smell — for example, cinnamon and sugar for Christmas or rose or lavender for a date.

Q: Can I still start the RefresherBoxx without a program card?

A: Yes, the Boxx comes with a default EMS program pre-installed, so it can be used without a card. To start the program, simply press the start button.

Q: How can I select a different program?

A: To load and start another program, place the card on the engraved logo on the lid (above the start button). As soon as the Boxx starts flashing red slowly, press the start button to launch the program. If the start button is flashing red quickly, the machine is either booting up or checking the system. This process takes a maximum of 20 seconds. Once completed, the start button will flash red slowly, indicating that the Boxx and the selected program are ready to start by pressing the start button again.

Q: How do I know the program has been loaded and the RefresherBoxx is ready?

A: The program is loaded when the start button flashes red.

• Fast red flashing: The Boxx is starting up and preparing. This takes up to 20 seconds.
• Slow red flashing: The Boxx is ready. Press the start button now to begin the program.

Q: The start button is still glowing green – what should I do?

A: If the start button glows green, slightly move the card to the left or right to find the optimal position. Only then can the program be read and loaded correctly.

Q: How can I delete the loaded program?

A: Press and hold the start button for about 5 seconds until the red light turns off.

Q: What programs are available?

A: There are:

• Express Drying– Dries clothing in 20 minutes.
• Gentle Drying– Gentle drying within 30 minutes.
• Intensive(only recommended for exceptional cases, as frequent use can damage fibers) – 30-minute program for stubborn odors.
• Miha Bodytech– 20-minute program specifically for Miha Bodytech vests.
• EMS Undergarments– Special program for EMS undergarments.

Q: Do I really need different programs to achieve good results?

A: We individually tailor the programs to deliver the desired performance and achieve optimal results. Therefore, we recommend using the correct cards and programs purposefully.
